20 Terrorists associated with Fitna Al-Khawarij, Afghan Taliban Warriors Killed: ISPR
In a major escalation along the Pak-Afghan border, Afghan Taliban fighters launched in coordination with terrorists attached to Fitna Al-Khawarij, attacking three different points near the Chaman border early Wednesday morning.
The Pakistani army responded quickly, killed at least 20 terrorists, and forced the rest to retreat, security sources said.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the attack occurred in four different places in the spin ballak area of ​​Balochistan.

According to security sources, two Frontier Corps (FC) staff were martyrated as a result of the Afghan Taliban firing, while several others remain under treatment at Chaman Hospital. In light of the situation, all educational institutions in Chaman have been closed for the day and the ongoing polio vaccination campaign has been suspended.
In return, Pakistani forces, suspected of Afghan Taliban positions located in Wesh Mandi and Spin Boldak across the border. Reports show that two people were killed and ten injured in the counter -attack.
Security sources say that heavy cross -border firing is still going on, creating an atmosphere of fear and panic among residents of the border areas. The locals have been asked to remain indoors.
Dilbar Khan, a local journalist from Chaman, reported that the situation remains tense in the area that has been seized. Two Pakistanis have been martyrated and many others wounded. The limit has been closed in the last three days, bringing all trade and business activities to standstill.
He added that thousands of Afghan citizens to be repatriated are now stranded due to the end of the border. However, they are temporarily accommodated in a designated place called Master Plan where they facilitate.

Shehbaz also said that the use of Afghan Earth to carry out terrorist activities in Pakistan is very condesal.
Intelligence reports suggest that more terrorists are re-grouping in the Spin Boldak region of Afghanistan and raising concerns about further cross-border aggression.
