Pakistan Day Military Parade will take place on Sunday, March 23, albeit on a “limited scale” due to the holy month of Ramadan, Radio Pakistan reported on Thursday.
Contacts from the country’s three armed forces will participate in the event. The decision to peel the parade was made due to the current month Ramadan.
Unlike last year’s parade held at Parade Avenue in Islamabad, the event 2025 is scheduled to take place at Aiwan-e-Sadr. President Asif Ali Zardari will be the main guest of the apartment, Radio Pakistan confirmed.
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) will also participate with a airpast that shows fighter jets during the event. Foreign ambassadors and other distinguished guests have been encouraged to attend the ceremony. On Pakistan day, foreign dignitaries and national heroes are traditionally honored with the country’s highest civilian awards.
