A high -level diplomatic delegation from Pakistan is ready to visit the most important global capitals, including London, Brussels, Paris, USA and Russia, to counter Indian propaganda and highlight Pakistan’s involvement in regional peace, said Climate Minister Dr. Musadik Malik Tuesday.

Talking about Pakinomist News’ The “Pakinomist Pakistan” program, Dr. Malik said the government responded quickly and responsibly during the recent conflict and fulfilled the task that the public and parliament had handed over.

He noted that the government was acting without delay, coordinated closely with defense institutions and formed a diplomatic team to represent Pakistan’s position abroad.

Malik explained that those elected to represent the country not only included members of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), but also individuals from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and others with previous experience as foreign ministers and ambassadors.

He said the government had formed a small but very effective team of six to seven people, unlike India’s larger delegation, to engage in great global powers.

Dr. Malik said the delegation is expected to visit the most important capitals, including London, Brussels, Paris and the United States, with an extra mission with a single member likely to be sent to Russia. He added that Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar continues to engage with regional colleagues, especially in the Middle East.

Countries such as Turkey, China and Azerbaijan remain close and regular contact with Pakistan, and these bilateral engagements would continue even if the immediate focus would be on Europe and the United States.

According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s office last week, Prime Minister Shehbaz has decided to send a diplomatic delegation to central capitals to present Pakistan’s attitude and press for peace and postpone Indian propaganda internationally.

The premiere has assigned the task to PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zze-Ze and appointed him the leader of the delegation.

The delegation will include federal ministers Dr. Malik, Khurram Dastgir Khan, Sherry Rehman and former Prime Minister Hina Rabbani Khar, according to the official statement.

The statement also noted that Senator Faisal Sabzwari, former Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua and former ambassador to the US and EU Jalil Abbas Jilani will also be part of the delegation.

The team is scheduled to visit the main capitals, including London, Washington, Paris and Brussels.

“The delegation will highlight Pakistan’s efforts at regional peace while exposing India’s propaganda and trying to destabilize peace in the region,” added it.
