Islamabad:
Pakistan and Russia agree to improve the road and the railway group between their countries through Central Asia, in an attempt to increase regional trade and financial cooperation.
The development came during a bilateral meeting between the Federal Minister of Communication Abdul Aleem Khan and the Russian Deputy Minister of Transport Andrey Sergeyevich Nikitin, held on the last day of the SCO ministerial conference in Tianjin, said a press release issued here on Thursday.
The discussion emphasized to accelerate the construction of highways among regional countries to facilitate this connection.
