Pakistani boxing star Usman Wazeer knocked India’s S. Eswaran out in the first round of their highly expected ranking match in Bangkok on Thursday and expanded his undefeated strip to 16-0.

Usman Wazeer recorded a fantastic win over India’s S. Eswaran on Thursday and won with a technical knockout just a minute and 41 seconds into the first round of their international ranking match at World Siam Stadium.

Baptized the ‘Asian boy’, Wazeer went into the ring with a perfect record and wasted no time claiming his dominance.

The native Gilgit-Baltistan fell Eswaran twice during the opening round and forced the judge to step in and call an early end to the competition.

The victory marks Wazeer’s 16 consecutive victory in professional boxing and solidifies his position in international locations.

Before the match, Wazeer expressed his intention to dedicate the victory to Pakistan and urged his countrymen to their prayers.

“Like before, I want to dedicate this victory in the international ranking match to Pakistan,” he said in a prior match. “I ask the whole nation to ask for my victory.”

The event contained 15 matches in total, with Wazeer’s bout listed as No. 13.

While it was originally scheduled until 1 p.m. 15 Pakistan standard time, it took place a little earlier due to faster finishes in the previous matches.
