Prince William and King Charles may not be at war despite reports that they do not see an eye to eye in the midst of ongoing royal scandals.
However, another report has claimed that tension between the king and the prince of Wales Sims under the surface.
They shared William and Charles’ balmoral tour was a beloved tradition of “no connection to recent family dramas” while insisting that they speak regularly.
The only thing that causes strain in their relationship behind the scenes is how to handle Prince Andrew, per. OK! Magazine.
According to the royal author Andrew Lownie, William believes his father has to take a firmer attitude and see Andrew as a responsibility to the monarchy.
On the Balmoral tour, the source said it is a “very much looking forward to the” tour, and the father-son-duo time together is “by no means associated with recent family dramas.”
“They talk very regularly and there has been no fallout,” they added.
However, Lownie said the prince of Wales’ view is that his father has to take a firmer line with Andrew. “
“I think this can cause real tension between Charles and William. William, like Future King, will have to tackle the fall of this.
“He wants this problem solved and has no sentimental connection to Andrew. He doesn’t have time for Andrew, and he can see how toxic Yorks is.”
