Paris Hilton on how she gave children ‘little glimmers of hope’ amid LA fires

Paris Hilton tells all about how she comforts her children amid the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles.

The hotel heiress and celebrity DJ, 43, took to Instagram on Monday with a video of her carrying her son Phoenix around while giving the toddler a tour of the house.

“See your tree still here!” Hilton said in the video to her 2-year-old son. “All your trees are still here.”

Hilton panned the camera to share a glimpse of the Christmas trees she had up in her house. “Santa is still here,” the mother-of-two said to her little boy, who was amazed by the lighting.

“Even in hard times I wanted to keep the Christmas trees up for my #CutesieCrew as a small glimmer of hope,” Hilton wrote in her caption.

She continued: “The bushfires have been so devastating but staying strong together is what matters most [gratitude emoji] Sending so much love to all concerned – you are in my heart.”

Hilton also shares a one-year-old daughter London with Reum.

Earlier this month, the Hiltons lost their Malibu home in the Los Angeles Palisades Fire. She told her Instagram followers that she and her family learned their house had burned down on live TV.

“Heartbroken beyond words. Sitting with my family watching the news and watching our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience,” she shared in her post.

“This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took her first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London,” she added.
