The brother of the late NFL legend and the US Army Ranger Pat Tillman was involved in an early car accident on Sunday morning that caused a post office to catch on fire.
The San Jose Police are investigating a crash that took place around 1 p.m. 3 local time at the post office in question per NBC Bay area and Richard Tillman were the biggest suspect when he was taken into custody in relation to the fire.
When police arrived, they found that a vehicle was driving into the post office and burning on fire, which also caused the building to flame up.

Richard Tillman also told officers he was Pat Tillman’s brother on the spot, according to the outlets. He said he also streamed the situation on social media.

Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office prison registers confirm that Richard Tillman was booked on Sunday, although no charges have been publicly known. He also does not have a bail amount with a court appearance scheduled for July 23.
The San Jose police work with San Jose Fire Department -Brand Foundation sub -subsequently as well as the US postal inspectors to determine who will lead the investigation into how the fire happened in the building.

Pat Tillman was a NFL star for Arizona Cardinals, who famously left his career in football to join the US Army in May 2002. The decision came after the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Tillman served in Iraq and Afghanistan as an army ranger and made several fighting trips before being killed in the Afghanistan mountains.

While it was originally reported that Tillman was killed by enemy fire, the Pentagon told his family that he was killed by friendly fire. In 2007, the Pentagon gave that Tillman’s death was unintentional.
