From August 28, 2025, Prime Video subscribers can now access Peacock Premium Plus directly through the app. It is part of an expanded partnership with NBC Universal, and basically means that we get more ad-free streaming goodness. In fact, for many of us, it is the ad-free streaming goodness we lack in the very first-class video, but let’s not complain.

Currently, the cost of Peacock Premium Plus (whether it is an independent subscription or included in Prime Video) $ 16.99 per day. Month or $ 169.99 per Year. But considering Prime Video often has some of the best streaming offers on its channels, just as this new peacock setting would be, I would not be surprised if we saw a fantastic deal on this opportunity in the near future.

I already need to sort a full peacock subscription before new episodes of The paperAnd now I’m more likely to do it through my existing Prime video account. Currently, the Amazon streamer has one of the best free trial windows out of its competitors (30 days), a host of extended additions ranging from MGM+ and Starz to Paramount+, and some of the best streaming offers on the market and as late as July we say some great deals on this kind of additions.
Thanks to the previous separate Freevee app, which has now been fully integrated, there are even more movies you can watch at no extra cost on Prime Vudeo (as long as you are doing well with a few short ad breaks). With unlimited binge-worthy options for rock bottom prices, ad-free streaming via peacock is only the cherry on the cake-and I will bet good money on the plan prices that also come down.
However, this is not all Prime videos planned for its NBC Universal fusion. You can get the Peacock app on all four TV devices, XFinity X1 and Xumo customers will have trouble -free access to Prime Video, and several hit universal images Home entertainment releases will be available to buy and/or rent through the streamer.

“Adding peacock to our growing list of subscriptions-We are renewing our long-standing agreements on four TV, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and XFinity X1-Expeldy an incredible collaboration with Comcast/NBCU, and we look forward to a future with mutual distribution that benefits our shared customers.”
