After abandoning a project that was Antonio Pierce, Las Vegas Raiders picks up a trainer gear.
Raiders have reportedly agreed on a deal that will make Pete Carroll their next head coach.
After firing Josh McDaniels in 2023, Raiders Pierce made their temporary head coach. He seemed to turn the dressing room around and Raiders got 5-4 in their last nine games.

But they only went 4-13 this season in the middle of hard quarterback games, and Pierce lasted only one season without the temporary roof.
It is a total renewal for Vegas as they also fired General Manager Tom Telesco a few days after they had been rigged Pierce.
Carroll reportedly got a three -year deal with a team option of a fourth.

Carroll, who turns 74 at the beginning of the NFL season, was adviser to Seattle Seahawks after being their head coach for 14 seasons. He trained them for back-to-back Super Bowl appearances and won one.
Before coming to Seattle, Carroll was on the USC sidelines for 10 seasons, in a similar way he took Trojan horses to back-to-back national championships, but shared them. He was also head coach of Jets and Patriots in the 1990s.

Carroll won four Rose Bowls at USC and five divisional titles with Seattle.

Carroll becomes the fourth head coach of the Raiders since the decent and joins Jon Gravel, McDaniels and Pierce. Rich Bisaccia was also the temporary head coach after the gravel withdrew after his email controvers.
