The federal government on Saturday announced an increase of RE1 per year. Liters of the price of gasoline, while the price of high -speed diesel (HSD) was maintained at the existing rate.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of gasoline has been raised from RS252.63 per year. Liter for RS253.63 per Liter, while the price of HSD remains unchanged to RS254.64 per Liter.
The new prices take effect from midnight and remain in place for fifteen days.
Earlier in May, the government had kept gasoline prices unchanged for two weeks, but reduced the price of HSD by RS2 per year. Liter that became effective from May 16.
