PGA Tour: Adam Hadwin accidentally puts the sprinkler off

Golfer Adam Hadwin took his frustration out on the golf course on Friday during the second round of the Valspar championship, but the course fought back.

On par with four tithes, Hadwin had his third shot from 44 meters out in the rough. The 37-year-old Canadian hit his shot into the green bunker that was shortly after the green and was not satisfied.

Hadwin threw his club into the ground with two hands, but by contact he heard the can of a sprinkler head instead of grass, and Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course made his presence known.

The sprinkler continued to spray water as Hadwin stood with helpless. He tried to step on the sprinkler to disable it and eventually just stepped on the hawk of it while waiting for help turning it off.

After the sprinkler was turned off, Hadwin ended up two-ruting for a double bogey after he escaped from the bunker.

Hadwin ended his second round with a 76, five-over couple a day and missed the cut with three shots.

Hadwin’s outbursts were one of the few who has so far taken place in the Valspar championship.

Sahith Theegala was disgusted by his tee shot on the couple-three fourth hole during the game on Friday.

Theegala’s club fell out of his hand under his backswing. As the ball slid just and far away from Theegala’s intended goal, Theegala took back his iron and tomahawed it into the ground before his ball landed.

On Thursday, Patton Kizzire took his frustrations over the green. Kizzire missed a short putt, and as he walked towards his ball, he put his putter. The club, after a few seconds of hanging, landed far from Kizzire on the green.

Kizzire then went and grabbed a wedge out of his bag to tap in his putt.

A player who has not been frustrated by his acting is a byeong-female who from this writing is 7 under par and in the solo lead in the third round of the Valspar championship.
