Peshawar High Court (PHC) has officially announced the winter vacation schedule for judges, court staff and educational institutions.
According to the notice, judges in the high court and lower courts take their winter vacation from December 29 to January 11, while court staff take leave from December 29 to January 6.
In a separate announcement, federal government educational institutions have also declared winter vacation during which schools will remain closed from December 26 to January 3.

The announcements follow similar winter holiday plans in other parts of the country. In Punjab, the education department recently confirmed winter vacations for all public and private schools that will begin on December 22 and run until January 10, after which academic activities will resume.
