Schools in Philadelphia will continue to allow transking athletes to play in girls sports, even after the state of Pennsylvania announced that it would comply with President Donald Trump’s “No Men in Women’s Sports” performing order.
The school district of Philadelphia advertised in a statement delivered to Pakinomist Digital Tuesday that it will continue after its previous politics that enables transgender’s inclusion.

However, Ray later took down her story and said she deleted it at the “Guide” of the Mayor’s Chief of Staff, Camille Joseph Varlack.
As Pennsylvania tries to comply with Trump’s order but faces opposition from Philadelphia, other battlefield states are also shared on the issue.
Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) announced last week that it updated its policies to only allow athletes “appointed as women at birth” to compete in girls sports. Wisconsin activated previous Trans -Including in Girls Sports back to 2013.
Meanwhile, Michigan has not complied with Trump’s executive order and continues to allow Trans athletes to compete in girls sports, but a bill has been introduced into the state legislature that would prevent Trans cluttering in Girls Sports.
Four states are under investigation by Trump’s Institute for Education to refuse to comply with the order – California, Massachusetts, Maine and Minnesota.
US legal lawyer Pam Bondi warns these states to comply with the federal anti -discrimination laws that require them to keep boys out of women’s sports or face litigation, Pakinomist Digital reported Tuesday.
“This Ministry of Justice will have responsible states and state entities that violate federal legislation,” Bondi wrote. “In fact, we’ve already started doing it.”
Bondi referred to the Ministry of Justice’s steps to Sue Illinois and New York earlier in February to tread federal immigration laws.
“We are also ready to sue states and state units that defy federal anti -discrimination laws,” Bondi wrote.
