Philadelphia Phillie’s pitcher Jesus Luzardo started his excursion against the New York Mets on Tuesday night hot and left the same way and only got the opportunity to cool off early.
Luzardo was upset over the referee with home plate Willie Traynor when Mets Slugger Juan Soto got a timeout when he was about to throw up to throw at the bottom of the first place. Luzardo and Traynor had a conversation, and it seemed to set the stage for the rest of the evening.

“Wake up — up. This is not the smaller leagues,” Luzardo screamed at the referee. He was immediately pushed out.
