Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore Hart, has shared insight into her nearly two-decade marriage to off-road truck racer Carey Hart.
Taking to her Instagram account to celebrate her anniversary, she posted a picture of her and her beau, who is an off-road truck racer, with huge smiles on their faces, both wearing ski goggles.
“19 years ago on a beach in Costa Rica, we both took a chance we weren’t sure we believed in,” Just give me a reason the singer captioned the photo.
“I’m so glad we did. I’ve been with you longer than I haven’t. You’ve been my only constant. You’ve loved me, hated me, and loved me again.”
Before ending, the Rock singer added: “I love our story no matter what gets written. It’s gritty and sweet. Thank you for being by my side all these years. I love you forever.”
After their anniversary, Hart shared two photos on Instagram of the couple smiling as they hugged each other.
“19 years married today to this amazing woman @pink,” he captioned alongside photos.
“For over 20 years we have traveled the world, raised a family and created amazing memories and lives together.”
“Not bad for a couple of kids who weren’t expected to amount to anything. You’re like fine wine and I love you,” the former racer added before signing off.
For the uninitiated, Pink was the one who proposed to Hart by holding a “Will you marry me?” sign to pop the question during a motocross race in California in June 2005, after five years of their relationship.
The couple tied the knot on June 7, 2006, and share two children, Willow Sage Hart, 13, and Jameson Moon Hart, 8.
