The IHC on Wednesday sent a petition to Superintendent Adiala Prison seeking better prison facilities and meetings between Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the case filed by former federal minister Shireen Mazari, who appeared before the court along with lawyer Kamran Murtaza and other lawyers.
During the hearing, the court asked whether she has submitted an application to the Superintendent Adiala Jail? You file an application in the relevant forum and then come to court if the issue is not resolved, it said.
