Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq warned India against any attempt at cross -border aggression and claimed Pakistan is prepared to deliver a “decisive answer” if provoked, Express News reported.
Haq, who spoke in Azad Kashmir -Law Assembly Thursday, said, “India has no courage to violate Pakistan’s borders. But if it does, a strong response awaits.”
He accused India of following the Chanakya doctrine – “a dagger in the mantle of diplomacy” – and claimed that India’s tale of the recent Pahagam event had been “exposed as fabrication.”
The prime minister also warned that India could use a third party to destabilize Azad Kashmir from the inside. “If India tries such a adventure, it will receive an appropriate answer,” he said.
HAQ claimed that New Delhi’s water aggression has been underway for a year and that its international footprint in terrorism is widely recognized. “From Canada to Kashmir, Modis India has adopted terrorism as a state policy and has been postponed on the world scene,” he added.
He defended the role of Pakistan’s armed forces and said the strength behind Azad Kashmir’s flag is Pakistan’s support. “The freedoms we enjoy in Azad Kashmir are absent in Indian -occupied Kashmir. I stand with our brothers and sisters across the control line.”
HAQ confirmed that any Indian violation along Loc would give Pakistan the right to answer under the UN Charter. “India doesn’t dare,” he added.
Haq, who highlighted India’s alleged water intervention, claimed that actions have already begun to divert water from Rivers Poonch and Neelum. “This is part of India’s wider design against Pakistan,” he said.
“Pakistan is a nuclear power,” Haq said. “No country, including India, has the courage to violate our boundaries. We are always ready to respond.”
