ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday announced the formal launch of PM Ramazan Relief Package 2026 with an allocation of Rs 38 billion.
He made the announcement while chairing a review meeting on Ramazan Relief Package 2026.
Addressing the participants, he highlighted that the amount of assistance has been increased from Rs.5,000. to Rs.13,000. per household to provide meaningful financial support to deserving individuals during the holy month of Ramazan.
“This is the biggest and most comprehensive Ramazan relief package in the country,” the prime minister said.
