PM Shehbaz praises security forces after six terrorists were killed in KP operation

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his appreciation of the fast and decisive action of security forces and praised them for neutralizing humanity’s enemies.

He added that the victims of the country’s soldiers in the fight against terrorism will never be forgotten and that the government remains fully obliged to eradicate terrorism from Pakistan.

Pakistan’s military carried out a successful operation in the Karak District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province on February 21, killing six terrorists.

The operation was performed after intelligence reports indicating the presence of terrorists in the area reported Express News.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistani army took effective action, resulting in the deaths of six terrorists during surgery.

Security forces continue to be approved in the region to eliminate remaining terrorists.

The military added that the operation was part of the ongoing efforts to eliminate the remaining terror elements in the region. “The sanitization operation continues to ensure that the area is cleared for any remaining threats,” the statement reads.

ISPR further emphasized that the victims of the soldiers involved in the operation strengthen Pakistan’s obligation to free the country of terrorism and ensure peace and stability.
