Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday visited the front -line areas of Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, part of Maarka-e-Haq (Struggle for the truth) expressing solidarity with armed forces and praising their role in defending the sovereignty of the country. App reported.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister of Defense Khawaja Asif, Chief of Staff Asim Munir, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal and Attaullah Tarar, Corps Commander and Seniorestande Embedsmand.
During his visit to Pasrur Cantonment near Sialkot, Prime Minister Shehbaz met with officers and soldiers actively engaged in the military operation.
“The nation is proud of your dedication and sacrifice,” the prime minister said troops during his interaction under a statement from the Prime Minister’s office.
The Prime Minister also announced plans to visit various air and naval bases in the coming days to meet with staff from Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy in a show with support for all the branches of the armed forces.
According to a statement from the military’s media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a comprehensive briefing during his visit to the battle and the current operating preparedness in the corps.
Rotate the armed forces on their exemplary performance in Maarka-e-Haq (Fight for the Truth), said the Prime Minister, “They are tapping armed forces in Pakistan, fortified by the unwavering decision of the nation, defending the motherland in a heroic way and gave a decisive blow to the opponent’s creepy aggression.”
“The story will forever record how Pakistan’s defenders, within hours, extinguished India’s unprovoked aggression with unmatched precision and determination,” he said.
While interacting with officers and soldiers in the front line, the prime minister premiered their high morals, extraordinary professionalism and unreasonable readiness, according to the ISPR declaration.
The prime minister also confirmed, “Pakistan puts a huge pride in his brave sons; they are the nation’s crown jewels.”
He added that the obvious aggression against innocent civilians – resulting in the martyrdom of children, women and the elderly – while feeling them as terrorists are completely shameful and violating all international laws, norms and morals.
Prime Minister Shehbaz stated that, despite Pakistan’s offer of a neutral investigation, India deliberately avoided the path of accountability that it had nothing to prove. “Based on a false pretext, bloated arrogance and ego, they launched the offensive – for which they have received a very appropriate answer,” he said.
He concluded by saying that Pakistan’s martyrs have always been a source of pride for the nation. “The nation remains forever debt to them.”
