Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will embark on Monday on Monday with a two-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to attend the World Meeting in the World Governors in Dubai, according to officials.
The visit comes on invitation from UAE -Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is also ruling over Dubai.
The summit brings together heads of state, global decision makers and business leaders to discuss governance, innovation and international cooperation. This will be Shehbaz Sharif’s second visit to UAE since he assumed the office in March 2024.
Shehbaz Sharif will be accompanied by a high -level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq DAR with members of the senior cabinet. The delegation aims to strengthen Pakistan’s diplomatic and economic ties with UAE and other global partners.
During the visit, Prime Minister delivers a main address at the summit, where he will outline Pakistan’s vision for inclusive economic growth, digital transformation and government reforms.
He will also hold bilateral meetings with UAE leaders, collaborate with other heads of state and meet with CEOs in major multinational companies to explore financial and investment opportunities.
The visit emphasizes Pakistan’s obligation to elaborate on his partnership with UAE, promote financial cooperation and seek new areas of cooperation for mutual prosperity.
