President Asif Ali Zardari was admitted to a private hospital in Karachi after his health deteriorated.

He was originally brought to the hospital from Nawabshah after complaints about fever and an infection reported on news on Tuesday.

According to reports, President Zardari reviewed several medical tests and doctors closely monitor his condition.

Sources from Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) confirmed that a team of doctors provides intensive care and treatment to the former president.

Party leaders have reassured the public and say that President Zardari’s condition has improved and that he is now in better health.

The situation remains under observation and further updates are expected in the coming days, they added.
