We all knew Prime Day was on the horizon and Amazon has done it officially. Prime Day returns in 2025 and starts on July 8th.
Here is the Kicker-Prime Day is not just a two-day affair for 2025, it will be an agreement that lasts four full days before wrapping at midnight on July 11. That’s right, Prime Day is on the books for July 8, July 9, July 10 and July 11.
It is a continued stretch of word day, but as someone who has covered more than a few first -class days – including for Techradar among other pubs – it has excited me for the prospect of good deals. We can certainly expect some offers that will last all four days-or even before and after they only shopping-holidays are only on, but it can also let Amazon start some other trade types.
Could it be a growth of lightning or an extension of only invitation? It may even be brands that mix how they choose to start sales or when they start. And for the Nintendo troop, it could represent the time the console arrives in Amazon.
Either route, I gather my 6 number of tips to make the most of Prime Day 2025 and how to find the biggest great deals.
It will be time to buy Amazon -Units
Given that is Amazons Prime Day 2025, it will be time to score deep discounts on all sorts of devices made by the company. Techradar’s US offering editor Mackenzie Frazier said to me, “The best category under Amazon’s Prime Day sale has been down to its own range of smart home units.”
“It’s” the retailer consistently offers record low prices on its best-selling devices, including fire tablets, ring door box, Kindle-E readers and flashing security cameras. It is the best option of the year to get hold of an Amazon device for sale at its lowest price, “Frazier explained.
So if you’ve stopped scoring the new flash video Doorbell 2 or have seen a big-screen cow show to use when you get off the waiting list to Alexa+ early access, and waited a few weeks until July 8 may be the move.
Although Prime Day 2024 did not bring many discounts on Kindles, the situation has also changed. Not only did Amazon introduce the input level Kindle, a paperwhite update and a brand new scripture by the end of 2024, but we have already seen discounts on them, making Prime Day 2025 potentially mature for additional discounts.
Keep an eye on the prices now
One of my age-old tips is to make sure the Prime Day agreement is actually a real apartment purchase. We’ve seen it time and time again during shopping holidays, but some companies raise their prices just before a sales window to reduce prices. This means that it can show as a certain percentage of, but in all justice it is not really an excellent deal.
So you can keep tabs on the products you have now – maybe make a ball list in a Notes app or screenshot with screen – and then be ready for a quick math when Prime Day rolls around. You can also set items to your monitoring list on Amazon.

Make a list of items you are after
While you may be bumping into a lightning agreement that you just need to add to your cart, it is best to go into these kinds of shopping events with an idea of what you’re looking for. Maybe you hope to score an LG OLED TV or a Sony Mini-LED model from our best TV list, an iPad Mini or any other technical or non-tech device.
Having a list of what you’re looking for that are on Amazon or elsewhere can be really useful and keep you on track to look for these items first before you dive into the many pages of deals that Amazon is likely to show.
While Amazon has formally announced his Prime Day 2025 event, you can bet that other retailers will host Black Friday in July events or even just offer excellent prices for sought-after products at the forefront, after and during the actual event. This means that it will be a good time to compare prices in the places you shop – Think Best Buy, Walmart and Target, among others such as B&H Photo, Antonline and Newegg.
For example, if you are looking for an M1 MacBook Air, you will check Walmart. They have long been one of the most important retailers offering an apartment purchase and you get the new one in the box, while the most attractive price of Amazon is sometimes for a used or renovated model.
You will probably find that Best Buy will also earn some competing TV offers to compete with Amazon.
You don’t have to wait for Prime Day
While Prime Day will undoubtedly bring a wealth of new offers, you don’t necessarily have to wait to find a deal on what you’re looking for. With a quick look at Amazon right now, many smart ones are at home gadgets of the retailer and from other brands reduced as well as home products, food, TVs and tablets.
