Islamabad:
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday said the government built a safe and business -friendly environment for the Chinese community in Pakistan.
“Chinese companies’ confidence in the Pakistani economy is extremely important to our financial future,” said the prime minister, while he was chairman of a meeting of security arrangements for Chinese citizens in Pakistan.
“China is our friendly country,” said the Prime Minister, who emphasized that the protection of Chinese brothers was the highest priority of the government.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister was informed of progress with special security schemes for Chinese citizens across the country.
The Minister of the Interior informed the Prime Minister about the security schemes that were implemented nationwide.
In the briefing, it was stated that in the light of potential terror threats, special security arrangements for Chinese citizens were enforced.
The federal government and all provinces work in full cooperation on this case, where the orientation highlighted added that secure urban projects were under construction across the country.
Police Academy
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the National Police Academy (NPA) on Tuesday and approached the 52nd Commons Batch of Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPS), where he announced a comprehensive revision of the institution and adjusted it with the standards of Pakistan Military Academy.
