We are just over a month away The boys season 5 – at least at the time of release – so it’s about time Prime Video started actively promoting it, right?
Well, it looks like this season’s marketing campaign is finally getting underway. Actually in posts on The boys‘ social channels to promote Bluffits new original film starring The boys‘ Karl Urban, Prime Video teased that “more goodies are on the way.”

Okay, that’s not much, if anything, to go on. After all, the whole point of the post is to let fans off Amazon TV Original knows that Urban’s latest Prime Video project has taken its bow on one of the world’s best streaming services.
Regardless, The boys‘ The fifth and final chapter is set to arrive on April 8. This hint that more so-called goodies are on the way means Prime Video is poised to really ramp up ahead of launch. The big question now is: what will said “goodies” be?
What does Prime Video tease about The Boys season 5?
It could be anything. New cast announcements, trips down memory lane as the cast and crew reminisce about the show’s success and legacy and more.
Personally, I hope we get a fully fleshed out trailer though The boys‘last hurrah. We’ve already had a glimpse of the upcoming eight-part installment via a teaser that landed online in December 2025. However, that was only an appetizer to the main course that Amazon will serve up in early April, so an official trailer that highlights more of the dark, ultra-violent and darkly comic story to come would be very welcome.
If a new trailer is released in the lead up to launch, you can bet it won’t spoil any major character deaths. Okay, Urban has said that “no one” is safe from the chopping block The boys‘ fifth season, but such shocks will be held back for the main event.
