Prince Andrew’s reality is laid by a royal expert.

She said to the mirror, “Every few months now it seems to be new accusations of Prince Andrew and Lurid stories about his behavior over the years.
“These summer months are intended to be a period of tranquility and respite for the royal family. But here’s the Duke again, spraying all over the papers with graphic stories.
“I’m sure the book will have annoyed Andrew. However, I must say that from my own experience of meeting the Duke and my conversations with many people who have known him or worked with him over the years, there is a marked truth about his portrayal in this book. Arrogant, pompous and obsessed with the status was my careful impression of him.”
She added: “For the king it must be annoying to have to read again about his brother’s shenanigans. It will be interesting to see if the Duke and the Duchess are invited to Balmoral this year as part of the family’s summer gatherings. It can certainly be awkward.
