Prince Harry gets the media giant to compromise with ‘editorial standards’

Prince Harry’s latest interview with the BBC has currently brought the editorial board under fire.

The British television company has been called not to postpone Buckingham Palace’s point of view despite its long -standing position as one of the leading journalist agencies in the world.

In a declaration of clarification on their website, the BBC said: “We failed to challenge this correctly and other accusations. This case is ultimately the responsibility of the home office and we should have reflected their statement.”

The BBC added that they “should have given the sight of Buckingham Palace” and added: “This was a lapse in our usual high editorial standards.”

This comes days after Buckingham Palace’s statement about Harry’s interview with the outlets: “All these questions have been repeatedly and carefully examined by the courts, with the same conclusion reached at each occasion.”
