Prince Harry has apparently honored musicians Marie-Mai, Jelly Roll, Barenaked Ladies and others after appearing at the Invictus Games in Canada.
The Duke honored the musicians in his latest statement that was released on his and Meghan Markle’s web site after the event’s final ceremony.
The statement reads: “As the last moments of the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler came close, emotions ran loudly as we celebrated the extraordinary spirit of our competitors, the strength of their travels and the power of the unity.
“Over the past week, we have witnessed incredible feats of courage, strength and endurance, each one a testimony of the unkind spirit of those who have served.”
It also said: “The closing ceremony marked a bittersweet end to this notable chapter when we gathered one last time to honor the competitors who have made us all proud.”
The statement mentioned the musicians and said, “Musical actions, including the war and the treaty, Marie-Mai, Jelly Roll and Barenaked Ladies took the center and appeared to a number of masters, family and friends.”
