According to a new report from Closer magazineThe Duchess of Sussex has tried to build connections with A-LIST celebrities, especially Kim Kardashian.
However, her efforts have fallen flat, revealed an insider, adding that the reality -TV star has not responded to Meghan’s messages.
They noticed that Prince Harry’s wife knows how difficult it is to break into established celebrity circles, and the word has spread, that Kim is not interested in socializing with Sussexes.
“Unfortunately, there is a perception that Meghan and Harry are a few real attempts,” the insider told the publication.
“Many people brush by mentioning their name,” they added Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
“As much as Kim respects her mother Kris’ choice to support them, she will not be affiliated with anyone who is controversial unless they are really a big benefit to her.
“As far as she can tell, there is not much benefit to hanging out with Sussexes.”
