Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex have given rise to tension with the royal family again with their latest steps.
The couple recently hired Sam Rubinson, a former Netflix director who promoted the crown as the new communications director at Archewell Studios.
This step is criticized by the palace’s insiders as a “final clap in the face” by King Charles and Prince William.
For those who did not realize, Sam Netflix’s senior director for advertising and monitored campaigns for three seasons of the crown, a show called “exploitative” for his dramatization of the life of the late Princess Diana and other royal scandals.
In fact, Royals allegedly calls the show “sick”. Meanwhile, a friend of William said, “It’s incredibly hurtful to have his mother exploited again and again in this Tawdry way of Netflix.”
Now the insider revealed, “At this point, every bridge left between Meghan and the monarchy is in flames.”
They continued to call the decision a “cynical plot” designed to provoke further falls with the royal family.
The insider said, “I think this decision is a cynical plot that has been cooked up to further stake fires of resentment between Windsor House.”
“Hiring Rubinson was the last clap in the face. I don’t know if he’ll ever do anything with any of his family,” they added.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from their royal roles in 2020. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have since lived in California with their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
