Prince Harry’s decision to publicly respond to media reports on his recent meeting with King Charles has raised concern.
According to the royal expert Jennie Bond, the Duke of Sussex’s recent statement may have complicated the delicate reconciliation process with the royal family.
After Harry’s recent meeting with Charles in Clarence House, reports reported that the Duke of Sussex found the meeting too formal.
When he hit back on these claims, his spokesman said “the sources are intended to sabotage any reconciliation” between father and son.
However, Bond pointed out that Harry, by responding to media speculation, can only have drawn more attention to the situation.
She told me Mirrored, “I think the most critical thing to remember about all this is that in the heart of all noise there is a father and son trying to repair their relationship.
“It is a difficult and delicate task,” the expert continued, “and the fact we can clearly state is that no one except Charles, Harry and their immediate circle knows what was going on during this meeting of Clarence House.”
“In light of speculation, Harry probably instructed his team to issue a counter -movement around one or two basic points.
“It could have been better if he had resisted this provocation because everything he says is drawing more advertising about this very private meeting.”
