A new poll taken by YouGov reveals the prince and the princess of Wales are the most popular members of the royal family among the British public.
Pollsters examined 2,222 British adults from 6 to 7 May 2025 and revealed the interesting results today.
Prince William first came in and Princess Catherine was in second place.
Prince William and Kate Middleton topped the list of royals, with 75% of the British having a positive opinion on the prince of Wales and 72% for his wife.
William, the first in line with the British throne, becomes the king after his father, the current monarch king Charles.
King Charles III, 61% of the British has a positive view of King Charles compared to 29% with an unfavorable view.
The figures show that the monarch witnessed a fall of five points since February.
According to YouGov, “the generations are again divided by the king, where only 43% of 18-24 year olds have a positive opinion on Charles III, but rises to fully 77% of over 65s.”
