Prince William has shared a heartfelt message to England’s woman’s football team, Lionesses.
Prior to their highly expected last match, the prince of Wales shared a personal message of encouragement.
The official Instagram handle of the Prince and Princess of Wales took to the stories and published a personal message on behalf of the future king.
Alongside the video clip of England’s victory over France, the message reads: “Good luck to Løvinde tomorrow.”
William also added, “The nation is so proud that you are through to the final after some amazing comebacks!” Adding, “We all cheer on!”
The message ended with William’s original “W” eventually.
Prince William, the prince of Wales is known for his love for sports.
In June, William met the members of England’s national women’s football team Lionesses.
Kensington Palace shared photos from the visit along with the statement that read: “An inspiring visit to St. George’s Park in front of the women’s euro.”
It also read, “Great to see Løvinde inspire more women and girls to get into football through it made for this game campaign before borrowing a hand with euro shirt -printing!”
“Sarina, the staff and the lions are ready!” It ended.
