Prince William may still feel some frustration over Prince Harry, especially after his recent visit to Britain, according to a royal expert.
According to the royal expert Jennie Bond, it is likely that the prince of Wales was told in advance about Harry’s meeting with King Charles.
However, she added that it would be understandable if William felt some resentment against her younger brother who left the royal tasks by 2020.
While William continues to perform his royal duties quietly, Harry’s short return included public charity performance that drew media attention.
“I’m sure the king would have told William in advance about his decision to meet Harry,” Jennie told The mirror.
“But William wouldn’t be human if he didn’t feel any resentment that Harry is flying back for a headline that is a few days, very publicly distributes dosh to charities (which is something the rest of the royal family does regularly-but discreetly) and stretches his stuff … While his brother does the daily grip and laugh of the royal work load?” she added.
Bond further speculates that a reunion between Princess Diana and King Charles’ sons may never happen.
“Time can still prove the big healer, but where William is concerned, it’s certainly not the right time to reconcile with his siblings. In fact, it can never happen,” she said.
