Prince William is hailed for his SE examination and ability to control the situation as his uncle, Prince Andrew, creates a scene.
The prince of Wales was visibly spotted telling his uncle from moments after Andrew tried to make a joke at the funeral of the Duchess of Kent.
Former BBC Royal correspondent, Jennie Bon, said to the mirror, “William finds his uncle an embarrassment over the monarchy. I think it was an illustration of the fact that when William has minded something about something he sticks to it.
“And that is by no means a bad thing. It would be hypocritical of him to pretend that all is well when there is obviously excitement between himself and Andrew.
She added: “William looked intensely uncomfortable when Andrew tried to have a conversation. It was an extremely awkward moment in it that was a very solemn occasion.
“I think the body language proved that William is the top dog in this relationship: a future king who surpasses his uncle. Andrew has demonstrated time and time again that he is bizarre forget about how toxic he is now.”
Bond added: “I can understand that Andrew would attend the funeral, but once again he demonstrated that he has very little appreciation of how the public – and many of his family – feels about him and the injury he has done to the monarchy.”
