Princess Anne emerges to a royal commitment to honor a 106 year old veteran

Princess Anne has visited Northern Ireland for a royal commitment in which she celebrated her life and worked with 106-year-old WWII veteran Norman Irwin.

Pictures of the event have just been shared in the Royal Family’s social media account.

The event took place at a garden party at Hillsborough Castle, where not only Mr Irwin, but other ‘extraordinary people’ were invited to recognize and celebrate their public service.

The caption of the post also offered more insight into the work of life in one of the Honore, Mr Irwin.

According to the company, “Her Royal Highness also presented 106-year-old veteran, Norman Irwin, with a bem for his volunteer work in his hometown of Coleraine.”

They also noted, “Norman joined the outbreak of World War II, which serves throughout the war and is the last living foundation member of the corps of royal electric and mechanical engineers.”
