Islamabad:
The Supreme Court in Pakistan on Thursday declared former PTCL employees as fully eligible for pension and ordered the company to prepare a payment plan within 90 days.
A bench of three members of the Supreme Court has issued a detailed decision on more than 250 appeals and petitions.
According to the decision, financial problems do not apologize to the institution from paying pension, PTCL should prepare a payment plan for pensioners within 90 days.
Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Aminuddin steered in favor of retirees, while Justice Ayesha gave dissenting note.
