ISLAMABAD:
PTI has decided to start preparations for holding internal party elections at the earliest.
On the instructions of PTI General Secretary Salman Akram Raja, a key committee has been formed to conduct a comprehensive review of the party’s constitution.
The committee has been tasked with identifying and remedying all deficiencies in the constitution and adapting it to the comparative standards of other political parties. An official notification has also been issued in this regard.
The notification said necessary changes to the constitution are considered essential to avoid potential objections from the ECP.
