Islamabad:
Islamabad additional district and sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka has canceled a court’s decision to appoint state attorney in a vandalism case filed against PTI workers.
While announcing the reserved verdict on PTI’s appeal, the Court of Appellation in FIR No. 977 of Ramna Police Station and declared the Court’s decision to appoint State Attorney Null and Void.
The case was registered against PTI workers in connection with a party protest on November 26, 2024.
During a previous hearing, the trial of court magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal had appointed state attorney for the defendant.
