Senate’s chairman Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani administered oath and obtained the signatures of the new members and formally introduced them into parliament’s top house.
Those who took oath include PTI senators Faisal Javed, Noor-Ul-Haq Qadri and Mirza Muhammad Afridi; PPP senators Rubina Khalid and Talha Mehmood; as well as Niaz Ahmed, Dilawar Khan and Atta-Ul-Haq.
