Islamabad:
A dedicated public facility center, designed to place litigation and citizens in the heart of the court’s delivery system, will be established by the Supreme Court.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, justice performed Jamal Khan Mandokhel, chairman of the Court’s Building Committee, the task in the presence of CJP, Fellow Justices, AGP, representatives of the Supreme Court Bar Association and Officers.
When he spoke to the occasion, Chief Justice emphasized that “litigation is the pulse of legal reform”. Emphasizes that each point of touch must be respectful, seamless and placed “under one roof”.
