I hesitated with my last guess today. Despite having all letters and not able to think of any alternatives, I asked myself “Is Ralph really a word and not just slang? There is certainly some error. “
But no ralph, which is one of our many words for vomiting (what snow is too Finnish, puke is for English), is in the dictionary. Ralph, derived from the 1960s, is an onomatopoeic and comes from the sound that someone is doing while he throws up, not from a very sick person called Ralph.
