The WWE star known as R-Truth shocked Pro Wrestling World this weekend when he announced he was ready to leave the company after almost 20 in total with the brand.

Among R-Truth’s many results in the ring includes being a long-time tag-team partner for the superstar known as MIZ. The two tag-Tag-Team Gold on Wrestlemania 40 when they won Raw Tag Tag Team Championships in a Six-Pack Ladder match.

The tape between the team, which was invoiced as amazing truth, caught the hearts and minds of the wrestling audience, and that is why the reaction to R-Truth’s message was strong.

Pakinomist Digital asked Miz about his reaction to the revelation in a recent interview prior to his performance on the American Century Championship Celebrity Golf Tournament next month.

“It was clear that I was in a roof with R-truth, so it’s always sad to see something similar to happen,” he said. “But I think the truth will jump on his feet. He’s a hell of a talented superstar.”

Miz, whose real name is Mike Mizanin, also had a post on Sunday.

“To form an amazing truth with you was one of the best races of my career,” he wrote on X. “Nobody made me laugh harder. Your energy, heart and smile light up every room … and every arena. You aren’t one of a kind you are one in life. Love you, truth. Hold shining.”

R-TRUTH, whose real name is Ron killing, recently came from a short rivalry with John Cena in the middle of the legendary WWE star’s farewell tour. He congratulated Cena with his title defense against Randy Orton at the press conference after Backlash. However, he annoyed the Cena enough for Cena to put R-sand through a table separating wrestlers from the media.

It started a week’s long rivalry that eventually saw Cena put an end to R-Truth, which had been billed as one of Cena’s “childhood heroes.” R-truth then lost to JC Mateo on “Friday Night Smackdown.”

He originally joined WWE in 1999 and debuted as “K-Kwik” with “Road Dogg” Jesse James. He was there from 1999 to 2001 when he was released for the first time. He spent time with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling before going back to WWE in 2008.

He returned as R-Truth and had been a very preferred competitor in the ring and also on the microphone.
