Rachael KirkConnell has opened up his life after separating ways with Matt James.

In a new interview with The postAt The Bachelor Star explained how she has gone forward with life after splitting with Matt in January.

“I want to say it’s night and day – at least that’s how it feels right now,” Rachael said. “It was a tough start to the year, but we are doing really well over here. I think I would have to attribute it to being really intentional to put a lot of self -love and self -work back in me.”

“I think it’s easier said than done, but I want to have a lot of time on my hands that I didn’t have before, and so I’m a little selfish and I’m sitting down right now. It’s a little nice,” she continued.

“I would say it looks different every day,” Rachael explained. “I think it looks different than what it did at the beginning so far. I’m sure to start with, most days were just a lot of relaxing, kept you off the internet and honest bed that advised, my favorite shows, reread my favorite books.”

The internet personality also confirmed that she is not yet looking to jump back into the dating pool.
