Las Vegas Raiders Owner Mark Davis hired Jon the gravel as the main coach in 2018 and locked him with a massive 10-year contract with confidence that bringing the gravel back would bring stability and success to the organization.
Instead, the grease would be forced to resign years later over one E -Mail scandal – A number of events that Davis think largely puts the organization back.

In a talk with the media on Monday, Davis praised the additions of new head coach Pete Carroll and the new general manager John Spyytek. However, he also praised the team’s new “infrastructure”, which includes Tom Brady as a minority owner.
“To bring in Tom Brady was brought in someone who was on the football side that I had been missing here in the organization, ”said Davis.
“Back in 2018 with Jon the gravel he was someone I brought in and really expected to be the person on the football side who would bring stability to the organization. He had a 10-year contract and all that-and his head was chopped off. ”

The grout currently suing the NFL withdrew after leaked E emails sent by the former main coach included racist, misogynistic and homophobic remarks aimed at NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL Players Association CEO Demaurice Smith, among others.
Davis said the resignation of the gravel in 2021 triggered a number of revenue in the organization.
“We were put in a really bad position as an organization. And we tried to get it right with Josh McDaniels and Dave Ziegler – it didn’t work. Antonio Pierce got the temporary job and I believe in the job he did as a temporary coach justified him who served the job as head coach of the raiders … We just felt it was time for a change.

Davis said on Monday that he believes Brady fills the void left by the gravel and that the new staff brought in has the lasting effect he had hoped for in 2018.
“We want to build something here. It’s been the process and mindset all the time. As I said, it was offset or sort of blown up when Jon the gravel was sent away. So we’ve been trying to get it right since then we’ll see but I have the patience to get it right.
Carroll takes over as the team’s 14th head coach since the grout was traded for Tampa Bay in 2002. He is the fifth coach, including them in a preliminary role since Raiders moved to Las Vegas in 2020.
