Las Vegas Raiders Safety Lonnie Johnson Jr. Lead a broken leg into a collision with Star Edge Rusher Maxx Crosby on practice on Saturday.

During a race game, Raheem Moser, who joined Raiders this season, ran sprint on the right. He was tackled by Crosby, who accidentally rolled on the back of Johnson’s legs.

Johnson immediately grabbed his right leg and the medical staff placed him on a wagon after evaluating the situation at Allegiant Stadium Turf, which was viewed in a video sent by ESPN.

Raider’s new principal coach Pete Carroll told journalists that it was originally a “lower leg injury”, though he didn’t have all the details. Additional reports show that Johnson suffered a broken fibula.

While Johnson’s status has not become official by Raiders, he referred to its seriousness in positions on X.

“Imma soldier chin up the chest out,” Johnson released. “God got me.”

He also wrote jokingly on Sunday, “I wonder if I can get a disability sticker now,” with laughing emojier.

This is Johnson’s seventh year in the NFL after being taken by Houston Texans in the second round of 2019 NFL Draft. Despite the high draft election, the Texans continued after three seasons with Johnson.

Since then he played for the Tennessee Titans, New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers.

Through 83 career games, Johnson has collected four captures, 199 combined tackles and 15 combined tackles.

Johnson recently said that when he signed his one -year deal with Raiders, Carroll was “jumping my phone” and eventually told him he had been trying for years to get him in the building.

It was reported by ESPN that Johnson got defensive reps in the first team, while three safeties were discovered on the field so this could be a significant blow to the team. Johnson was expected to play in a rotational role this season.
