The son of former UFC Master Quinton “Rampage” Jackson was strongly criticized after an incident on a pro -wrestling show this weekend.

Raja Jackson went into the ring to beat Pro Wrestler Syko Stu under Knokx Pro’s Knokxperience event in California on Saturday night. The incident, streamed live on kicks, seemed to show Jackson Slam Stu on the mat and beat him more than 20 times before he was torn by him by other wrestlers.

It looked like Stu became unconscious in the middle of the ring. At that moment, controversy stuck on social media.

“Rampage” Jackson released a statement of X.

“I want to clean up wrong information about my son Raja. I have been confirmed that the wrestler (Stewart Smith alias Syko Stu) is awake and stable. Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of his head by him moments before Smith’s match, Raja was told he could get his ‘refund’ in the ring, but I thought it was from him,” he wrote. “It was bad judgment and a job that went wrong.

“Raja is an MMA -Fighter not a pro -wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I do not condon my son’s actions at all! the situation.

Knokx Pro condemned the incident in a post on Facebook.

“First of all, our thoughts and prayers are with our brother Mr. Stuart Smith (Syko STU) as he remains a priority and we monitor his well -being,” the organization said. “What was supposed to be a planned and agreed wrestling site became a selfish, irresponsible act of violence against Mr. Smith. This irregular act is reprehensible and should never have taken place.

“In the 17 years of operation of Knokx Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as abominable takes place like this and we apologize for our patrons and fans.”

WWE star Rusev was among those who responded to social media.

Syko STU is an American army veteran and used pro wrestling to get back into civilian life. He has also been open to suffering from PTSD.

Raja Jackson has yet to talk about the incident. His father was short a pro wrestler card for total nonstop action (TNA).
