Jackson was booked on a crime of crimes and is currently being held at $ 50,000 bail.

The academy said Jackson assaulted Smith during a match and went out of the normal screenplay to commit Juling. Jackson threw at least 20 strokes at the head of the seemingly unconscious wrestler.

Smith sustained a “serious head injury, … trauma to both the upper and lower jaws, a laceration for his upper lip and a fracture of the Maxilla bone, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of several teeth,” according to a post on his Instagram.

Knokx Pro Entertainment & Academy published a statement on its Facebook page that condemned Jackson’s action.

“What was supposed to be a planned and agreed wrestling place became a selfish, irresponsible act of violence against Mr. Smith,” the statement reads. “This irregular act is reprehensible and should never have taken place. In the 17 years of operation of Knokx Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as abominable takes place like this and we apologize for our patrons and fans.”

Rampage Jackson said the assault was part of a previously planned performance that “went wrong” after Smith apparently angry Raja Jackson by unexpectedly beating him in the side of the head earlier in the day before the match.

“Raja was told he could get his ‘refund’ in the ring,” Rampage Jackson wrote. “I thought it was part of the show. It was a bad judgment and a work that went wrong. Raja is an MMA -Fighter a pro -wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I didn’t condon my son’s actions at all!
