- New DJI Mavic 4 Pro Image -Dressing is shown
- It seems that two additional sensors could be added
- We also get a preview of the combo accessories packages
Our DJI Mavic 3 Pro Review will tell you that we have been hugely impressed with the flagship consumer drone DJI, launched in April 2023 – awarded the five stars out of five – and recently leaked pictures give us a really good look at his successor 2024.
These pictures come from well -known tipster @quadro_news (via notebookcheck) and there are many of them to work through. In addition to seeing the drone even from different angles, we also see some of the accessories that will be available with it.
As far as the design goes, it doesn’t look like much will change this year. However, the DJI Mavic 4 Pro is expected to come with a few extra sensors to work with Lidar Tech for better avoidance of obstacles.
It looks like the new drone will get more and the creator combinations as well, like DJI Mavic 3 Pro, and these extra batteries, cellular dongles, propellers and other accessories. The inclusion of ND (neutral density) filters suggests that this technique will not be built into the drone itself, which had previously been rumored.
Past leaks and rumors
DJI Mavic Pro 4 had previously been tipped to launch on April 24, and a quick look at your calendar tells you that it didn’t happen. However, it should not be too long now before all this is done officially.
We have also heard that the new drone will be sold for $ 2,250 when it appears, which is just a touch higher than $ 2,199 / £ 1,879 / AU $ 3,099 Price on the drone it replaces – although combination packages and accessories of course costs you extra.
Another previous leak gave us a good look at the triple camera module that DJI Mavic 4 Pro is expected to come up with. It also seems that the propellers are getting some design adjustments to enable more quiet operation and a longer flight time.
All in all, this seems like a pretty significant upgrade from the 2023 version, and these latest photo leaks mean we now have a much better idea of what’s coming. As soon as something is official, we will tell you.
